Posted: Wed Sep 14, 2005 5:08 pmAssuming you're not going to get PoP flagged and get the PoP charm, the can be picked up cheaply in bazaar and you can use your monk partner to get all your languages maxed to get the stats shown.
The focus effect extends all our DoTs, and has pretty good stats, can be bought in bazaar.
On a side note, that set of cultural armor in your bag makes me all squishy inside
