Extension focus

Base HoT duration is 4 ticks, so 6 with AAs, the 9% shall not add a new tick

Posted: Fri Feb 03, 2012 11:16 pmworth observing: if you don't use it already, buff based (ahem, *POTION*) extension is applied separately, so it'll extend your HoTs by a tick regardless of your focus' power.
