Freeport faction

Ok, I don't have POR so I don't knoqw specifically what faction you need. I do however have an Iksar so can tell you a couple things that work.

1) Deathfist belts to militia captain. (If you kill lots of orcs for the belts it raises paladin faction which is lowered by the belt turn in but still comes out ahead.)
2) Goblin Ears in Highhold keep also fix freeport militia (and corrupt queynos guards).
3) Turning in rat ears to a mage in queynos hills (by the water close to Hadden I forget his name) raises freeport mage faction.
4) Sadly the inert potion quest in Erudin was nerfed
5) Giving milk to a fisherman in Commonlands raises Freeport Paladins but lowers freeport militia.

This from an Iksar monk main, who is more or less non kos in Erudin, Paineel, Queynos, Halas, Surefall glade, High hold Keep, Rivervale, and freeport.

Dunno how much faction this actually raises. The in-town missions are supposed to be more faction than the out of town ones, but did this a couple of times and don't know that anybody's seen a change in con. (Of course one of my characters was maxed knights/bottomed militia beforehand.)

[edit] one of these days I'll get back around to working on faction again (de war inny). non-kos in paineel, erudin cept for one quest guy on unknown faction, qeynos above ground, rivervale except the clerics, large parts of cabilis. Surefall, halas, and freeport militia are bad news still. Faydwyer is just a bad place for me, did want to raise up more halas faction.

Any other step to get the title? I maxed knights of truth today and it's not showing.

There's an NPC to hail now. Per Nodyin:

If you have Max Ally faction with the Knights simply Hail Erling Elsai in Freeport West for your title.

Hail Reidar Elsai in North Ro if you are max all with the Militia for your title there.
