Solo quest suggestions

I typically don't have a lot of time outside raids to work on TBS stuff. Lately I've been working on the hand aug and that's been fairly fun to solo for the most part. However, my katta faction needs some work so I can finish off my spells.

I was wondering if anyone can suggest some soloable and some duoable quests for Katta faction. I'm thinking of something equivalent to the hand aug quests, where you can do them a bit at a time and resume fairly easily from where you left off. I'm not that bothered about how long they take overall, as long as I can spend half an hour to an hour chunks a day at a time after raids working on them.

I'm a well geared shaman who prefers to root/rot when solo, and my partner is a well geared paladin (both around demiplane+ level gear on average). I'd love some suggestions of things I can do with or without him.

Slay the serpents and greenhouse (collect herbs) are easily combined and can be continued at any time. Shissar can be root rotted (except the wizzies) or duod with the pally. These are the most popular though, so finding the greenhouse camped is likely.
