Hello,
is a clicky mezz item resulting of Anrerak arc in Direwind, looks nice but when you look into description inside EQ you see it works only on Shroom (so useless, but you do not see that from Lucy)

I would be a good guess just by the name of the item and the name of the spell. Also, all the mez/charm clickies from TSS are for certain races of mobs only.

Last shrooms I saw were in a few DoD tasks only...
It could at leat be used on plants / animals / undead / golems/ ... something more useful than shrooms
