How is slow calculated exactly?
The spiders in Valdeholm for example are only slighty slowable. So is Lassitide sufficient to get them as slow as possible with it 25% slow?. Or should I use my usual full slow?

It's multiplicative. So Turgur's at 75% will still slow it 3 times as much as Lassitude at 25%.
Turgur's is a 75% slow so on a mob that doesn't mitigate, that mob will be slowed by 0.75, hitting at 1/4 of its usual rate. With Lassitude, it'll be hitting 3/4 of its usual rate.
Hmm... ok, assuming that "slightly" means "25% slowable"... With Turgurs, the mob is 0.75 * 0.25 slowed, i.e. 18.75%. The same mob with Lassitude will be slowed by 6.25%. To be honest, neither will make a huge difference on normal xp mobs. But Turgur's maintains its relative power.

What I mean is, assuming that "slightly slowed" means a fixed max slow rate, which would be reach by Lassitude, it would make Turgur senseless?
So if slightly slowed means a max slow rate of 15%, which is covered by Lassitudes 25%, why cast Turgur? Is a slightly slowed mob really three times slower with turgur then if slowed by Lassitude?
