Cougar and Spirit Call

I guess I was always under the impression that Cougar would land on the spirit call pets if you had Pet Affinity, but at level 3 SC ... well, it's not. Did I just imagine reading that you could get swarm pets to proc cougar?

Our group proc buffs have never landed on our swarm pets - none of our group buffs do.
I used to have a hotkey to single panther each swarm pet, but I've gotten away from that. You could still do it, though, as far as I know.
