Malicious Decay bug?

possibly, TBS has a upgrade to MD and/or PD, not sure since im not in beta and lucy has no new info on upcoming spells. more than likely its an oversight, much like disease dots duration adjustments.

Heya Lucern, welcome to the boards.
Well, Insidious Decay got a bump too, so you still have the option to unresistably pre-debuff, albeit with 8 less disease --
Insidious Decay
1: Increase Disease Counter by 9
2: Decrease Disease Resist by 36 (L52) to 47 (L75)
