New TBS Spells

The merchant for the rk. 1 spells is named Halon Greier and can be found in The Buried Sea. You can see the 71 and 72 spells and some of the level 65 armor by using the faction stick you got from pre-order. He does not offer anything without some faction gain though. You can open the merchant window but it is empty.
Prices are 100-150 doubloons for the spells and up to 200 for the armor.
The armor apears to be about 135 HP in quality so no great shakes for a level 75. Bazaar geared toons might find upgrades here but no one else.
One group task I looked at from the guy standing next to the merchant offered 50 doubloons so they shouldn't be too hard to come by but I haven't actually done any tasks yet.
