* Every Rose Has its Thorns (you can get this task from a mysterious stranger in Hills of Shade after completing both the Valthon and Blackwater tasks). This is a solo task but requires a raid to kill the mob "Scorn" in Hills of Shade. You buy a "Thorned Rose" from him and turn it in to Scorn to make her come live. She drops 12 pieces required to complete the task.

I seriously hope they do not make any of the rk3 spells in the next expansion only gettable by groups and/or mini-raids. Few ppl use shms outside raids on my server anymore, everyone has a shm bot and they use them for buffs them add a CC or DPS class in our place. lol in my guild alone every shm we have logs after raids or plays an alt because they know they is almost no chance of a grp anywhere unless you want to step down and help ppl do stuff that you can solo. They need to make the spells attainable by soloers in some way. Make a lo=g set of solo missions, make them relatively difficult, but give us a chance. Our server is dying fast and shms there are dying quicker.

You have a very strange server.

On 7th it's hard to find room to swing a gnome without hitting a group that contains at least a shaman bot. o.o

That's because for years a vast majority of request have been to make the Shaman class easier to use and not any more useful. A majority of our usefulness can be done by hitting a single button out of the group to give that group every bit of the feel that a Shaman is in the group. We are so incredibly "balanced" that there is no point in having a Shaman in the group since half a dozen others can preform the same duties but because they are less "balanced" bring more to the table. The only thing we have left that are distinctively ours is buffs that can be done every 10 minute (champ) or every hour or two for everything else.

dont see why this came up on this topic but there is plenty of things u can do other then sit around we have plenty of dot dmg or DD if u put the aa's in for it
or u could be main healer with enough aa's into those or we can just sit back and save mana for emergancy use with intervention spell we can acually save a group from a wipe
we arent the best dps but with most ur aa's u can get around 1000-1500 dps dotting and nukeing only thing ide complain about is our pet is still laughable but in a group its just
another tiny dps increase. if anything we are lucky we can at minimum sit back and cast 1 spell per mob +1 spell every 10 min makes for a nice relaxing play experiance and
the nice ability to duel box rather easy

ok just hit max ally with LoTL and i have done all 12 tasks and still nothing on elite vender im guessing thats where the rank 3 spells are spossed to show up there must be another quest involved to unlocking them

ok just looked again i guess my group stopped at mission 4 of the guardian need to get 5 done woops
