My eyeballing test in guildlobby:
Cast heal on myself about 20 times. Lowest heal around 7300 hp.
Launch second spire. Cast heal on myself around 10 heals while secondspire runs down. Lowest heal with second spire running around 7600 hp.


Conclusion:
Taking into consideration the small sample size, I get the feeling that second spire does not add 2000HP to our heal.
As far as I know, the heal improvements from the AAs a fix percentange and always applied, no random stuff.
This leads to my believe that actually my minimum heal should be around 7k.

If second spire would add 2k to each heal, while spire is running I expcet to see heals never lower than 9k.


Does anyone know what second spire should do?

Thank you Retron. So my presumtion that it should add flat out 2k to any heal seems to be right.

If we now take some info from the clerics AA page:

This ability increases the amount of hitpoints healed on every direct heal spells. It doesn't affect heal over time spells. If a critical heal is performed, it doubles the increased amount. At rank 1 base healing is increased by 2%.
At rank 2 base healing is increased by 5%.
At rank 3 base healing is increased by 10%.
Rank 4 can be trained at 62 or later and base healing is increased by 13%.
Rank 5 can be trained at 63 or later and base healing is increased by 16%.
Rank 6 can be trained at 64 or later and base healing is increased by 19%.

so presuming 31% increase from HA 12 the minimum heal should be 6876 hp + heal amount effect from gear without the second spire running.

Is there any error down to this point? Any oversight?

If there is no error down to here and you pull Second spire in guildlobby and than you start to heal yourself, shouldn't than any healmessage be 9k+ while spire is running?
