How do the UF rk.III runes work?

Yesterday's patched added Scintillating Obsidianite Runes to the T6 raids. Supposedly they will yield Healing Counterbias Rk. III for us. How does this system continue?

Turn the rune into the Runestone trader, near the Fippy Raid task giver.

We know that. However are there different runes? Or do all of our spells come from 1 rune?

Unless a Bard turns in a scintillating or someone at all gets an 84 or 85 level spell from that rune wont know for sure outside of asking a dev and getting a responce,

best guess is scintillating = 82-83 and there's a 2nd rune for 84-85, bards have 0 82-83 so if they can turn in scintillating and get a spell then it's pretty much guaranteed one kind or if anyone gets an 84-85 spell from the rune then that can guarantee one kind

We had a wizard trying to turn in 2 runes. But the runestone trader would only take one. Now wizards have only 1 L83 spell, which makes us believe that Scintillating Obsidianite Runes only work for L83 spells. That would imply that there are 2 more rune types.

I would Assume two more diff runes, like previous expansions

Fippy and the rest of t6 will give you the rune for your level 83 spell....Healing Counterbias RK3. No other runes are needed. We just broke into t7 so I will try and update as the runes start to flow with more regularity
