spell sets - revisited

I know there are some threads on this but they are a bit dated with which spells and number of spell slots. Im still learning the class, so I'm curious, in a group role what spells do you all have up? Im mainly curious about: A. Grouping- main healer B. Grouping - patch, slow, dps

1) Canni
2) Lynxx (see 3)
3) Listless (if in a kite or root rot group I use a dot here)
4) DoT
5) DoT
6) Group Hot
7) Direct Heal
8.) AI
9) HCB
10) Root
11) Frost Gift or Poison Nuke depending on group role
12) Champ (see 3)
On Hotbar I have Malo,Turgor,tirgrs,Union,VP,AA, and few others..
Primarily Dannals is good enough for Main Helaing unless in UF, then I use Frost Gift for the twinproc on heals. HCB has had a HUGE impact on healing abilities, can't say enough good things about this spell.

List
I load Champ, down in the List spot, only if there's lots of melee & then only when it needs refreshing. Same for Second Life, Regen, et al. In a mostly caster group, Senea drops in for Lynx. Root is covered by VP almost all the time, by Defender of the Ancestral Spirit when it's needed.

For soloing:

thanks guys .. in a round about way this gives some insight to the rather large and generic question, "how do you play your shaman" .. I was trying to figure out what spells to drop to pick up some i wanted up. I noticed no one uses Cripple, is it that outdated? Or just no room anymore? For my specific example, I dont group with my shaman alot, but i love duo'ing with my ranger main so the first thing the shaman does is HCB, malo (aa) and cripple. Also, until i read this I had kept 4 heals up.. both group and single HoT and single heal and group heal, ive dropped one of the hots to add Bite.

I load Cripple when I'm duoing with my warrior in Underfoot, and when I'm supporting a mostly melee group with dps such that dots won't run full duration. On raids it's very much the enchanters' job, since their spell is way better than ours.
