Anybody figure out how much this heals for? Or stacking issues?

The AA is a self buff only that puts a spell in your song box, when I lost 50% of my hps it cast a spell on me-spirit renewal that lasted 38 seconds- heal over time for 8700 base and was a couple heals for double that - 17400, So it looks like focus worked on the crit and duration...there ya go...the origionsl songbox buff lasted 5 min s 11 seconds so it looks like focus and extended the duration also.

It also does not stack with DI. I believe DI is a % based proc when at 0 health, whereas SG is 100% guaranteed to fire when below 50% health. Even with that DI is probably a better option for most tanks, chanters, etc.
It also blocks you from recasting on the person that fired it for 1 min after it procs so cannot always keep it up on a tank or whatever like DI.
