New Shaman with some questions ;)

Hello all,

I decided to start EQ again after an almost 3 year break. I rolled on the progression server and am boxing my shaman whilst my main is a monk.

Main question I have atm is whats the best way to gatehr some plat at low levels (read lvl 6 ) ) in order to afford all the spells

I started as an iksar and am in FoB atm....are there any worthwhile armor/weapon quests around there or should I just save up and buy things from the bazaar later on?

Hopefully you guys can give me some tips here

not sure if the nornal server guiild i recomed to others will work for you on progression.

try and grab all the drops you can that are vendor drops. The defiant gear is better than almost all other stuff, so just load up on it as you go or buy in bazaar if you want.
There is also a vendor in PoK you can buy from, but if you are low on pp it might no be worth it.

Loyalty points can used for bags of pp which isn't too bad if you are new. Not sure if they work on progression server or not, but worth a shot.

also check your ALT-O and join the general channels - you can ask their or even see what others might be selling or buying from others.

Dont think defiant gear drops on progression servers but I will keep my eyes open
