Abundant Healing / Gift of Mana worth it?

Grinding up AA's with my box Shaman. He's 66 with around 700 AA's. I'm looking at what I have left to purchase before leveling and I see the abundant healing line and gift of mana are about all that might be left of interest.

I've read several posts dating back several years which seem to suggest that abundant healing really isn't worth investing in. Gift of Mana seems to have some support, but it's not over-whelming.

Any advice? I'd rather not blow AA's as I'm building. Thanks!

Abundant healing is probably not worth the cost, it isn't really noticeable. Unless they have changed it and I wasn't aware.

If you find yourself running out of mana, gift will help out. At later stages of the game it is less useful. For other classes it is more useful, say mages with RS spell.

Neither is a make or break line. I would grab any utility aas over those if there are any left for you.

At its abject worst, Gift of Magic represents 10% mana savings. That's quadruple the difference between foci on (group) and (raid). If you bend your casting habits to accommodate the Gift's benefit, it becomes even more powerful. You should have it.

Then, you should level up, like, a lot. You may step aside from advancing to keep up Canni & GoM AA lines, but only maybe. Gaining access to higher level spells and content totally trumps AA
