Root rotting for Runes

Anyone know of any OoW / DoD mobs that drop the 69-70 spell runes that can be easily root rotted?
I don't really have the playtimes/hours to work in MPG trials and such to acquire them, and spend most of my time solo.
I would need to find a mob that can be single pulled to a safe spot, as it will take me quite a few minutes to drop them.

Anyone found a mobs like this?

In my experience, Almost all of the 69-70 rune droppers in OoW summon. You're going to be tanking them one way or another.
