which earring to replace

Heya guys, recently looted and was wondering which earring it should replace, both my current earrings are in magelo, seems like a tradeoff between a slight hp/ac edge vs. a few mods, it's close enough that i decided to ask for advice. Thanks in advance

I say wild rage...it's a bigger up on both hp/ac...also the mod2's are not unbelievably important. Assuming you can replace mana regen somewhere else and strikethrough is meh, and 15 atk isn't end all...that's just what I would do at least.
