Is this Improved Parry/Block usefull for a shamy (we do not have Parry/Block, only Shield Block AA) ?

Improved Block - Improves your chance of blocking. Only applies to classes which have the Block skill.
Improved Parry - Improves your chance of parrying. Only applies to classes which have the parry skill.
With them merged, I still wouldn't expect them to work (nothing to improve) unless we had one or the other to begin with.

Block is only given to monks and beastlords and parry is given to all the other melee.
