Once again Lethar is a 4 step fight, with moves at each 25%. He picks up where he left off, he has 4 drakes spawn on start, which need to be kited and/or mezzed (or killed until all 4 are mezzable). The mirrorscale drake is also up from the beginning, flittering around him. He has the same breath, the same reflected breath from mirror, and uses the same dual DT of Doom and Sunset every 4 minutes (see here for details).
DPS him down to 75% and he walks south one room and Selay joins into the fray. Have a kiter ready to pick her up and take her out to the area where Stitch is fought. Once down there, have a mage coh the kiter and Selay is effectivly nuetralized. Keep on top of cures, keep him facing the proper directions, and dps him to 50%.
At 50% he walks a room east and another drake spawns, a lightning breath drake. Like the mirror, this one is untargetable and flitters about on its own. It will path between the 2nd and 3rd areas, and every 36 seconds it casts Lightning Breath Attack, a frontal 12k dd. The raid will need to keep an eye on this drake and move accordingly to avoid getting blasted. Keep on top of cures, keep him facing the proper directions, and dps him to 25%.
At 25% he walks to the last room and he has a chat with Selay. She dumps him and despawns. During the final 25% the rate of his Shadow increases from every 1:25 to every 1:10. Breaths may also speed up. Keep going and dps him to 0%. All drakes despawn and much rejoicing.
