Fwiw, 9-10 minutes on Jelven south is my best on chain spamming. This is using Daludas (rather then Yoppas or Ancient since I still use Qvic gloves) and doing a single cast of Nadox when AE hits (cleric in grp did grp heal). I'd pop Canni5 every time its up, always use mod rods, do anc canni every 30-40sec and using Spirit Channeling at around 30%mana. By the end of the fight, was at <5mana w/ almost no recourse for additional mana.
As to healing raid MTs based on raw numbers, this misses a few things. First while crit heals do count in pure stats, the /RNG is a really elusive creature. You will have times of 10 heals w/ no crits and then have 3 crits (w/ GoM procs on each) right after that. Additionaly, many mobs DPS have spikes that can kill MT in no time. Where a 16k crit cleric heal can cover this spike, a 6k crit cant.
But I will say this is an interesting idea that I will propose on Kess. Kess is the one mob we have issues with even when we have a high number of healers on (hydras).
