As a Ranger back when I did VT (and boy did I do VT) I always lusted after:
However everytime they dropped (over 30 pairs I'm guessing) tons of names would come in and I finally gave up and put in for these:
I think only Druids wanted them other than me; even I didn't really want them due to the low AC, lack of STA yadda yadda. I didn't pay too much attention to the focus but by god I've loved it every single day in the years since.

1: Increase Spell Haste by 30%
2: Limit: Max Level(65) (lose 5% per level over cap)
3: Limit: Spell(Complete Healing excluded)
4: Limit: Min Casting Time(3.00 sec)
5: Limit: Spell Type(Beneficial only)
6: Limit: Effect(Percentage Heal excluded)
7: Limit: Combat Skills Not Allowed

For anyone that was wondering...
We took out the emporer last night for the first time. Very exciting. I led the off tank group and we had them locked down in a corner the whole fight. Very fun.
Anyway... I blew a third of my DKP on a torque. I finally break 5k self buffed now, very exciting for me. : ) I can't wait for our first VT clearing.

Galelor caught me. Calling it farming is indeed an error of perspective on my part. Funny story, I went to explore recently, and it appears I can train together every single mob between zone-in and Final Arbitor np
