Couple of quick things I noticed...
Epic 1.5!
Your range is easily upgraded in the bazaar at the moment. There are a number of 100/100's that are usually available. Or the from Subversion. Actually there are a number of great groupable upgrades for you in the MPG single group trials. Range and waist would both suit you well. Once in Qvic the goat molds will net you some solid upgrades. I'd prioritize them: Arms, Hands, Helm, Both Wrists, Gloves, Feet.
Sell your Mana Preservation V aug back and buy a 55 hp aug or something. The focus on your boots is better.

One big thing i noticed:
Where are our HP or Mana Augs!!! THe 2 augs from Qvic will rott within a couple weeks, so dont go gung ho on them in the beginning but id deff get both of those.
Another thing--Grind out them DoN missions and get some 55hp augs and 50hp augs. Half your gear isnt auged !! O.o
On your aa's Finish up ND, and id get Spell casting reinforcement mastery to. Then if i was you id get the Healing AA up to PoP, then work on Planar Power and Innate Enlightenment, then maybe a few Defensive AA, then head back to finish all healing aa. Healing AA is wonderful!! Id also suggest a rank or 2 into Healing Boon, and all 3 ranks of Ancestral Aid. Then if this wasnt stressful enoough id get Call of the Wild.
