So I've had my 1.5 for some time and currently waiting on Anguish( 1 more trial) to get a shot at my 2.0. Recently I've been getting into alot more of the technical information of our class and specifics of equipment. Which leads me to this question. What is the exact statistics/effect/modifier listed on line 10 below. I've taken a pure melee group out and parsed the effect but I think theres probably too many variables I'm not aware of to come to an conclusion.

I've been trying to figure out what exactly the modifier does myself. Evidentally it adds a boost to max damage on melee crits.
One report I had a Ranger say his crits went from a normal 1k to 1500 when the effect was going, so I'm assuming it adds 50% to melee crit cap damage.
