I'm confused.... you would think that they would reward software download before spending all that overhead to populate the channel... I'm too lazy to see what the last go around on a topic like this was on prior release ...

Summary: They reward the (more expensive to make, box and distribute) box version purchasers over the (essentially cost-free distribution) digital download people in order to generate retail business for the distribution chains. I think.
