Endurance regen can be a problem for melee in group situations.

As a monk if i am in a fast paced group where I am pulling (and have to lull), useing Dragon Fang for extra dps, and also snaring (Crippling strike) I use end faster then I get it back.

From a raid standpoint it isn't a problem because of the downtime, and I have enough end that I can Innerflame, ashenahand, and Rapid Kick, as well as use Dragon Fang throughout the fight. Its only in a group setting that it becomes a problem.

Mana regen can be a problem for priests/casters in group situations.

As a Shaman if i am in a fast paced group where I am slowing (and have to use mana), using DoTs and Panther for extra dps, and also healing (supplementally) I use mana faster then I get it back.

But then I just cut back on my usage. DoT less and/or Panther less.

I would offer that if you spent less endurance on DPS, the group wouldn't be quite a fast paced, and you would have endurance when needed.

Concerning Idol of Malos, the weakest of the 3 new spells we got -- seems to me the major issues are:

1) limited range
2) immobility
3) targetting/F8 (big poop in the way)
4) having to wait 2 minutes to cast another

Realizing this solution will fall on mostly deaf ears, I think one simple fix could address the above issues without making IoM overpowered, but keeping the spirit of "sphere of influence" intact:

Make the Idol untargettable, while giving the shaman the ability to recast a new Idol which would automatically destroy the old idol.

As for the sucky 18 sec recast timer on GoR -- why oh why can't Rytan compromise and keep the 18 second recast timer, but have it refresh immediately upon memming it...?

Wishful thinking, but IMO, make it so that ALL spells refresh immediately upon memming. Casters would consider that to be a HUGE upgrade. Easy and cheap for DEVs to implement, and classes across the board all happier. WIN/WIN? Pallies would have their ready-to-use group heal...

I dunno, tie it into the lore of Druzzil Ro and say she's intervening on behalf of Norrath, reaching back thru Time, out from the Plane of Magic, and thusly fine-tuning mortal minds to apprehend spells more efficiently.

The biggest problem is that it is a mob and targeted a such. F8 is picking it up. The clerics are whinging aout how it's making assist healing harder as there is another target to go past. The raid leader instantly banned it fromraids.

Second problem, freeking mins duration. FFS. Panther, Champion, HoT's. Everyone else gets 30 min auras, we get a spell to refresh every 2 mins. Goddamn it, give us 30 mins on it.
