Well maybe my beast contact in this case was confused hehe. He swore that mana flare proc's were 'attaching' themselves to his pets panther and stormblade procs. And with the rate that pets proc, you'd get the most procs per minute on a pet.
Maybe his parser was just showing things incorrectly. I'm not sure.

What's all this hubbub about mana flare? Is it possible that enchanters can put out some DPS that begins to rival shaman DPS?

stand your ground,
This spell would be able to be cast on player and mobs,It would prevent any push aginst the charactor its on.
This idea came to me while having to run after mobs that my 72 pet kept pushing out of range.
