Healing Focus, how does it work?

Okay, this is a rather academic concern. But what is the order on foci.

Yoppa's mending = 2468 unfocused.
+28% with AA
+45% w/Qvic arms, or whatever focus.

Does the healing focus calculate AFTER the AA triggers, making it start at 3159, or do both the AA and the Focus build off 2468? i.e. cast spell, heal calculated
[3159+ x(2468)] x=.01-.45
OR
[3159+ x(3159)] x=.01-.45

kk, makes sense, Qvic arms were still a nice acquisition, nice upgrade over the 25% (with one level degredation) from EP arms. =)

Okay, so I hate math.

I currently have Qvic arms (45% heal bonus, up to 68 full effect). What would be the difference going to a 50% heal item (70 full effect) with the ancient heal? Is it really worth it?

My current max heal with Yoppas/Qvic Arms/all healing AAs is 8440.

They were out before the last three tiers of Healing Adept, too Personally, that cap isn't going to stop me from looting better & better healing foci. Soft caps are the way they are to still allow for some advancement
