Enough fanboy crap, Mr. negative. There are no Top 10s, you don't speak for developers, the "slow is super powerful" thing is a four year old attitude, what other classes - doing what, yes wishful thinking, and go the 1-900-MixALot away, you stupid bot.

Got my TA last night. This is no longer my number one issue.

THAT is the problem! Looting a dated item from the Planes of Power resolves the biggest issue I had with my class. That is why a solution like consolidated slow or aa needs to be found. Non-raiders who don't have access to a TA and those of us that raided it over 40 times before a drop need to have this resolved.
(Brohg thanks for the tip on trying again with low numbers, we absolutely decimated T1-T4 with only 23 raiders)

Well, lets look at what a consolidated slow would look like.
Turgurs is 250 mana for 7.5m duration, 0 resist adjust, 6s recast, 3s cast
Add 60 MR resist adjust for 200 mana
Turgurs II: 450 mana for 7.5 min duration, -60 RA, 6s recast, 3s cast
Adjust the cast time to 1.5 seconds for 200 mana
Turgurs III: 650 mana for 7.5m duration, -60 RA, 6s recast, 1.5s cast
Remove the recast time for 300 mana
Turgurs IV: 950 mana for 7.5m duration, -60 RA, 0s recast, 1.5s cast
Such a spell would not be able to replace a TA in use because the mana cost would be prohibitive. Each of those changes, if implemented, would have an associated mana cost tagged on to the spell (gnomish coders dont work for free
), and they would be significant.

No need to go that complicated leave the turgurs cast time as it is all that really needs updating is the resist modifer.
