I have a TA, and I have to agree with Aruman -- at least on the cast time. Pure speculation, of course, but the idea might go over better with The Powers That Be if it were a 3-second cast.

The resist mod is the same as Balance of Discord, so I am unsure as to why it would be too high. That could also be because it is past my bedtime for Sunday night. Perhaps another post tomorrow, post-coffee.

The way I see it, about the only way to obsolete the TA is to make an AA that accomplishes all the same things a TA can -- chain-castable, no spell gem, mana-free, long-lasting.

Since this thread is about consolidating SPELL slows, I'd suggest keeping references to the TA separate. They are different issues.

Consolidating Balance and Turgur's into one line results in a different spell that still won't completely obsolete the TA. Close, but not completely.

It's pretty simple what we're suggesting here; there aren't very many variations. And the Devs are and have been fully aware of this request for awhile. Post the proposal and make a wish, but don't hold your breath. And get on with the game. This topic brings "beating a dead horse" to a whole new level.

I have 7 upgrades from PoTime so far (including the TA), out of four clears. Obviously many in my guild alliance already have much better items than will drop in Time (even I have a couple of slots that nothing in Time would upgrade and several where a time drop would only be minor upgrade), or else I would not have been able to get so many items in so short a time. Some of those folks (many of whom are also raiding Qvic and just got into Tacvi) are still hoping for time_drop_01, though, and a few have been able to get the item they were wanting. Some of you may think that Time is old and outdated, but it's still a fun zone to raid and Time is still candyland for the casual player (even thought it might not be for the hard-core player).
