I sent my concerns about our cold nukes to all the appropriate sources... does anyone even try to get a cold focus when they are shopping for gear upgrades? I haven't since qvic.

Cold and Disease focuses are NEVER a factor when planning future upgrades.

Unless we're in the middle of a raid script, I don't (much) mind casting a group spell to hit a single person, especially Foresight or ToD. We regen mana so fast it's not going to make much of a dent in my performance anyway. Would I rather have a single target spell to do the same thing? Of course I would, but if you don't want to buff, reroll. From my poing of view, enhancing the performance of the rest of my guild is one of my primary purposes as a shaman, and to give my guildies less than my best... Admittedly, I don't run the champion rotation that I used to, but that's because I run multiple toons on pretty much every raid and just can't maintain it properly.
