There's a 15% BS mod on some gloves out of VT that might be worth picking up if you're already flagged, drop off the first blob.

There is also the 15% that drops off Creator in Ssraeshza. Still need a key (mob drop) to get to him, but is an option if you don't have Vex Thal access.

I have the gloves but you have to have 275 unmodded skill to purchase the book to make the combine.
