You're going to spend a lot of time getting creamed, chief. At 7000 hp raid buffed, you're going to get close to low hp agro in a single round of attacks. Remember, they quad. If you get low health agro, not even a fast cleric heal is going to save you in time on an unslowed mob, and likely not on a slowed mob. If you get lucky enough to heal yourself after being attacked, you'll get heal agro and still die.

If you go in with a good tank and healer, chances are you can minimize the times you'll get spanked. Avoid the ice side like the plague. They have a basically unresistable 30+ second mez. If the tank goes, you're toast (again).

The stuff like pyronic lash and other AEs may tear you up too.

The thing to remember is that there are random drop items (and stuff off named) that are going to be well in excess of what you already have. That's a given with your HP. You can get some good stuff in there for yourself--stuff that may be rotting or low interest for a lot of exp groups who just need a slower. The other thing to remember is not to get frustrated--accept the fact that you're going to die a lot and remember one important fact--a single kill is easily enough exp to make up for several 96% rezzes. RS is very good exp! Just because you may die a lot is not a reason to avoid the zone.
