I did all the steps in order, didnt skip or redo any. Forums on Allah dont help, all complaints and no info :/
okay, what's the problem? am i too low? (was lvl 40 when i did hand-in) not enough faction?

I am now a 42 shaman, started epic the other day, and got to the part in EJ where i hand the gem in to the Spirit Sentinel in the hut. After eating my gem, he told me i need to prove my dedication before i can continue.
I did all the steps in order, didnt skip or redo any. Forums on Allah dont help, all complaints and no info :/

It's faction. The usual step people repeat to boost that is handing in Woe/Envy/Marr. Probably just one more Woe/Envy/Marr hand in will let you proceed to drop the gem off in EJ, which helpfully comes with another good faction hit. Woe/Envy/Marr/EJ can be repeated as often as you find the two mountains fools up, which iirc is 2 hours.
