He was in the game, was he not? The biggest slay is held by someone who got it against a slash weak mob with damage modifiers running, it was the perfect slay. I've had a quad slay once, I didn't get a screenshot of it. Its so remotely rare I'm unlikely to see it again, but it did happen.
So if the moons align, I might pull a quad slay for 50 each, making my damage output for a single round 200k.
He could get a group that is just perfect, and he could tank something like that (especially since paladins don't need weapon agro to keep agro), but just because its highly unlikely doesn't make less of an achievement.
Other examples here look at it the same way. To break a land speed record requires jet engines, a $300k vehicle, and a perfect strip of land; that driver will never drive like that in any other situation, but we still count it as a record. Thats all it is.
If he had photoshoped it, then it wouldnt' count. Just because its not practical in its use doesn't diminish it as a record is all I'm saying.
