Magic DoT damage focus items

At the moment I'm in the process of upgrading my Time gear, and my third weakest slot (in terms of HP) is my range, which is . Before I do this however, I need to get damage focus for all three of our DoT groups; disease (which I have on my belt), poison (which I will hopefully get from ) and magic, for which I am at a loss.

Muram's Vengeance is the best focus attainable for magic (40%) from what I've read, however this is only available to shamans in the form of a where I already have a pretty good necklace. The next focus down is Muram's Rage (35%). The problem with this is my guild will not be raiding any of the mobs that drop items with this effect and without a raidforce, I can't get any of them.

Basically what I'm asking is whether theres any other alternatives that I don't know of?
